Just as atrocious as its immediate predecessor “Return of the Living Dead: Necropolis,” this fourth sequel seems to have been shot back-to-back with “Necropolis” by director Ellory Elkayem and wound up just as unwatchable. There’s no reason whatsoever to watch this sorry excuse for a movie, what with its cheap video quality, sloppy lighting, unnatural dialogue and lifeless performances by a cast of non-actors with Eastern European accents despite the American setting. It’s an embarrassment and insult to the original first three movies.
