Neatly perfect, this debut comedy special by the personable comic is one of the best of its kind. Wong herself is extremely entertaining and hilarious, and her material here is extraordinarily well-delivered, with perfect timing and no clunkers to be found from beginning to end. Tackling a variety of issues that have affected her throughout her life, Wong’s comedy is accessible to everyone because of her stage presence, which is both ahead of the audience and attuned to their overall mood. This is a great way to spend an hour, and promises that Wong has plenty more to offer her growing audience.
